Helaru Madduma Kaluge is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of experience in driving financial excellence and leading organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation. His expertise spans financial management, strategic planning, and risk management, all of which have contributed to his proven ability to deliver sustainable business results. Helaru excels in financial forecasting, stakeholder communication, and leading cross-functional teams in multicultural settings.

Before joining AD Business Solution, Helaru held the key leadership role of Head of Finance at LOLC Myanmar Micro-Finance Company Limited. In this role, he was instrumental in securing financing for branch expansion and diversifying funding sources. He has extensive experience working closely with international entities, including USAID, DEG, BlueOrchard, Incofin, Alterfin, Microvest, Triodos, ICBC, OCBC, Shinhan Bank, and Proparco, building strong relationships and securing significant foreign funding for the organization. Helaru is passionate about helping businesses and individuals develop themselves and achieve growth. He is committed to uplifting others through strategic guidance and financial empowerment.

Additionally, Helaru brings valuable branch operations experience from his tenure at LOLC Finance PLC, where he supervised financial processes and ensured compliance with internal controls. He also gained in-depth knowledge of financial shared services during his time at Aitken Spence Corporate Finance.

Helaru holds a Master of Business Administration from Geneva Business School, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Special) Degree from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He is also pursuing certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Australia and has studied at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
