Duminda Priyashantha

Mr. Duminda has over 17 years of expertise in the banking and finance business in Sri Lanka. He obtained his first degree, a B.Com (SP), from the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka and is an MBA holder. Additionally, he is a Certified Business Accountant with the CA Sri Lanka and has earned the IBSL's Diploma in Credit Management. He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers (ACPM) and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (AMSLIM). He is a member of the Sri Lankan Institute of Management.

Gihan Pinto is an experienced expert with a diverse background spanning different sectors. Commencing in the tea industry and then shifting to the NBFI sector with more than a decade of expertise, his professional journey demonstrates his adaptability and versatility. Gihan holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom, a Diploma in Credit Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management, an Advanced Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the United Kingdom, and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom. He is also an Associate member of the CIM in the United Kingdom and the CPM in Sri Lanka.

R.M.Shiroma Rathnayaka

Mrs. Shiroma commenced her career at the Non-Banking Finance Institution (NBFI). She also possesses over 13 years of experience in the NBFI. Mrs. Shiroma is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT), and she holds a certificate in gemology from the International Gemological Academy.

Helaru Madduma Kaluge is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of local and international experience. His expertise spans financial management, strategic planning, and risk management. He has successfully led multicultural teams and driven growth by securing substantial foreign funding. Helaru’s career highlights include key leadership roles, working with international entities, and overseeing branch finance operations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kelaniya, an MBA from Geneva Business School, and is pursuing certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Australia.

Satheesh Sachchi

Satheesh Sachchi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of distinguished experience in the banking and finance sector. His expertise spans across multiple domains, including four years in internal auditing, which has provided him with a thorough understanding of financial operations and compliance. Satheesh has also gained international experience by working with a leading taxation firm in Toronto, Canada, further enhancing his knowledge in global taxation practices. Satheesh holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) specializing in Economics, along with a Diploma in Banking and Finance.

S. Sujeewa Kumara

Sujeewa Kumara is a seasoned expert in human resources with a career spanning various managerial and senior managerial roles in top-tier companies. His in-depth knowledge of human resource management has been instrumental in driving organizational success. Sujeewa holds a BSc (Special) in Accounting & Finance from Rajarata University, showcasing his strong academic background in financial management. Additionally, he has earned an Advanced Diploma in Logistics Management from NIBM, a Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM), and a Diploma in Supply and Material Management.
